Do I need TRAMS to use accounting features in ORX Travel?

Nope. TRAMS is supported, but it’s not required. If you're using a different accounting system, you can export IUR files or download reports in formats that work with your existing tools.

What’s an IUR file, and what is it used for?

An IUR is a .txt file format commonly used by travel accounting systems, including TRAMS. It's a structured export that contains booking and transaction data—ready to be imported into most back-office tools. You can also modify the content if your system requires specific formatting.

Can I export data even if I'm not using TRAMS?

Yes. ORX Travel always lets you export IUR files and detailed financial reports. Many agencies use these exports to reconcile bookings or import data into third-party tools like QuickBooks, Xero, or custom internal systems.

What if my accounting software doesn’t support IUR?

No problem. You can still export reports in PDF format. These files are easy to work with and compatible with most general accounting platforms.

Do I need help setting up TRAMS or IUR exports?
