Introduction
You can add new clients to your portal, allowing you to manage their bookings. Once you've added a client, you can immediately make bookings for them. The client will also receive an invitation email to complete the account creation process.
To add a client without notifying them, follow the steps below.

Here is a tutorial on how you can add new clients to your portal without sending an immediate notification:
- Navigate to Dashboard > Manage Portal > All Clients.
- Click on the Add New Client button.
- Fill in the client’s details
- Click Create New Client.
You can now make bookings for this client even though they haven’t been notified yet. Once you're ready to notify them, you can manually send the invitation email to complete their account creation process.
