Toggle Between Public and Private Within Your Portal Settings

Introduction

Your Dashboard provides a convenient method for adjusting the accessibility of your portal, making it either public or private to users without accounts.

To begin, navigate to Dashboard > Manage Portal > Compnay Profile Settings > Access Preferences. This is your control center for managing the visibility of your portal, allowing you to determine who can access and make bookings through your portal settings.

When switching to the public mode, you enable access for anyone, opening up your portal to a wider audience for bookings. Conversely, when set to private, only authorized users can access and utilize your portal.

⚠️ Important: By switching the portal to public anyone can make a booking within your portal meaning you’re at higher risk of fraudulent bookings.
